It's a modern fitness technique that is part of functional training.

The term suspension training refers to an approach to strength training that uses a system of ropes and webbing called a "suspension trainer" to allow users to work against their own body weight.

TABATA BOOTCAMP TRAINING

This type of high-intensity workout uses 20 seconds of ultra-intense exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated continuously for 4 minutes (9 cycles), all with the music. It will be 47 minutes of fun and effort.

IMPROVE YOURSELF
